Good Morning!

Maths - Today we will revisit odd and even numbers. As normal, please watch the video tutorial and then answer the questions on the PDF attached below.

English-  Today we are going to look at a type of poem called a Haiku. A Haiku is a short form of Japanese Poetry. They are often written about nature. They traditionally have 3 lines with 5,7,5 syllables but now vary with the amount of syllables used. Today we would like you to think of some creative phrases you could use in a Haiku poem to do with nature and the weather. Attached are some sheets you can use to write down as many phrases as you can  to describe nature. Try to use engaging vocabulary, powerful verbs and adverbs as well as prepositions.
Science -Today we are going to continue to thinking about how we can save energy. Today we would like you to take a survey of  a room in your house and find out how many lights and devices are plugged in and on when not being used. We would then like you to design a poster or a leaflet telling people how they can save energy and why we should all want to save energy.
