This week is mental health awareness week. During this particularly difficult time, it is now, more important than ever to support both yours and your child(rens) mental health. The DEMAT academy have put together a variety of resources to support you.
The focus this year is sleep and the week is labelled 'SLEEP HEROES'. You and/or you child(ren) may be finding it more difficult than usual to get a good nights sleep. Throughout these resources, you may find some usefull tips to support your sleep. It will help you all to understand the importance of a good sleeping environment and a good nights sleep.
Please take some time to look through these resources with your child(ren) and complete some of the activities together at home.
