On Tuesday 30th April we went to Woburn Safari Park with classes 1, 3, 4 and 5. We saw loads of different animals, including giraffes, lions, tigers and bears. Our favourite animals were the monkeys beacause they were cheeky.
First of all we drove around the safari park in the coach and looked at the animals. Then we had a talk from one of the ladies who works at Woburn, and she showed us animals skins and taught us about herbivours and carnivours. She also had a snake that we said hello to.
Then we had our picnic lunch in the sun, and the naughty ducks tried to eat our sandwiches.
Then we walked around the rest of the animals and saw some more monkeys, wallabies, penguins and snakes.
At the end of the day we played in the mammoth play park, it was so much fun.
The best part of the day was when the bear walked in front of the bus and the monkey went on the roof.
